Once Browser Bridge is authorized and configured by the customer's administrator, it automatically synchronizes relevant Google Admin Console data required to operate the product. This may include managed users, groups, organizational units, devices, Chrome Enterprise Premium policies, and related configuration data. The synchronized data is stored within the customer's environment.

Browser Bridge is not intended to collect unnecessary personal content from virtual desktops or applications. However, security and DLP controls may process limited content, metadata, filenames, clipboard events, download attempts, print events, or other signals required to detect, prevent, or investigate policy violations.

Individual user consent is not always required because applicable privacy laws may permit other lawful bases. Google Workspace administrators can manage application access and API permissions through the Google Admin Console.
