Terms and Conditions

Website and product terms for Browser Bridge enterprise access, Chrome Enterprise Premium integrations, virtualized workloads, DLP, AI-assisted capabilities, support, and customer responsibilities.

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Browser Bridge, a Codimite product designed to deliver secure browser-first access to enterprise virtual desktops, enterprise applications, legacy workloads, and virtualized resources through Chrome Enterprise Premium.

By accessing the Browser Bridge website, requesting a demo, submitting an inquiry, using a trial, or using Browser Bridge under an order form or other agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Browser Bridge on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If Browser Bridge is provided under a signed order form, statement of work, master services agreement, data processing addendum, or similar written agreement, those documents will apply to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

3. Browser Bridge Overview

Browser Bridge extends Chrome Enterprise Premium beyond web and SaaS applications by enabling secure browser-first access to virtualization workloads while maintaining centralized security, visibility, policy enforcement, and management.

Browser Bridge works alongside existing enterprise virtualization environments. It does not replace Customer virtualization providers, identity providers, endpoint management systems, network infrastructure, or Chrome Enterprise Premium unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

4. Account Registration and Administration

Customer is responsible for ensuring that administrator and user information is accurate, current, and authorized. Customer is responsible for all activity under its accounts, including actions by administrators and Authorized Users.

Customer must maintain the confidentiality of credentials, identity provider access, administrative permissions, API keys, tokens, and connected system credentials. Customer must promptly notify Codimite of suspected unauthorized access or compromise related to Browser Bridge.

Codimite may rely on instructions from Customer administrators and may treat actions taken through Customer accounts as authorized by Customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining required Chrome Enterprise Premium, virtualization provider, identity provider, browser, endpoint, network, and infrastructure licenses or subscriptions.

  • Reviewing AI-assisted outputs, recommendations, policy suggestions, troubleshooting guidance, and security analysis before relying on or implementing them.
  • Maintaining backups and business continuity plans for Customer systems and workloads.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Use Browser Bridge for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, DLP controls, policy enforcement, monitoring, logging, or product limitations.

  • Access Browser Bridge to build a competing product or benchmark the product for publication without written permission.
  • Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, unauthorized scanning tools, or content that disrupts systems or networks.
  • Use Browser Bridge to violate privacy rights, employment laws, export controls, sanctions, or other legal obligations.
  • Share accounts, credentials, tokens, or administrative access outside the authorized organization.

Fees, payment terms, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and usage limits are governed by the applicable order form or written agreement. Public website descriptions do not create a binding pricing commitment unless incorporated into a signed agreement.

8. Third Party Platforms and Integrations

Browser Bridge may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms, including Chrome Enterprise Premium, Google services, identity providers, virtualization providers, customer directories, browsers, operating systems, networks, and endpoint environments.

Customer is responsible for obtaining rights to use third-party platforms and complying with their terms. Codimite is not responsible for third-party platform availability, changes, outages, restrictions, security controls, or data handling practices unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Changes made by third-party providers may affect Browser Bridge functionality. Codimite may update Browser Bridge to maintain compatibility, but does not guarantee that every third-party change will be supported immediately or indefinitely.

9. AI Assisted Capabilities

Browser Bridge may include AI-assisted recommendations, troubleshooting, policy analysis, policy enforcement assistance, operational insights, DLP intelligence, and security violation analysis. These capabilities are provided to assist administrators and do not replace Customer judgment, legal review, security review, or compliance review.

Customer is responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before implementation. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or dependent on the quality of Customer configurations, logs, prompts, connected systems, and available data.

Customer must not submit unnecessary sensitive, regulated, confidential, or personal information into AI prompts or support channels unless permitted by Customer policy and applicable law.

10. Customer Data and Privacy

Customer retains ownership of Customer Data. Customer grants Codimite the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, secure, support, and analyze Customer Data as required to provide Browser Bridge, comply with the agreement, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Customer is responsible for determining whether Browser Bridge is appropriate for Customer Data and for configuring privacy and security settings in accordance with applicable requirements.

11. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party must use the other party's confidential information only for purposes of the relationship, protect it using reasonable care, and not disclose it except to personnel, affiliates, contractors, advisers, or service providers who need access and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Confidential information does not include information that is public without breach, already known without restriction, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without confidentiality obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

Codimite and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Browser Bridge, including software, interfaces, designs, workflows, documentation, templates, product names, logos, technology, know-how, and related intellectual property.

Customer may use Browser Bridge only as permitted by these Terms and the applicable agreement. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

If Customer provides feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvement requests, Codimite may use them without restriction or obligation, provided Codimite does not disclose Customer confidential information in doing so.

13. Support and Service Changes

Support availability, response targets, implementation assistance, onboarding, professional services, and priority support are governed by the applicable edition, order form, or written agreement.

Codimite may update Browser Bridge to improve security, reliability, compatibility, user experience, performance, and functionality. Codimite may add, modify, or remove features where necessary, provided that material changes for paid customers will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement.

14. Security

Codimite will use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Browser Bridge and Customer Data. Customer acknowledges that security also depends on Customer configuration, identity provider controls, Chrome Enterprise Premium policies, virtualization provider security, administrator decisions, network security, and end-user behavior.

Customer must promptly notify Codimite of suspected security incidents involving Browser Bridge and cooperate in investigation and mitigation efforts.

15. Disclaimers

Browser Bridge is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except to the extent a signed agreement expressly provides otherwise. Codimite does not warrant that Browser Bridge will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every customer environment, or capable of preventing every security incident, DLP violation, data loss, or compliance issue.

Website content, product descriptions, diagrams, demos, pricing page drafts, roadmap references, AI-assisted outputs, and marketing materials are informational and do not create warranties or commitments unless incorporated into a signed agreement.

Customer is responsible for validating Browser Bridge in its environment before production deployment and for maintaining appropriate governance, backup, incident response, security, and compliance programs.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codimite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business interruption, or replacement services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codimite's aggregate liability arising out of or related to Browser Bridge will be limited to the amounts paid by Customer for Browser Bridge during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a signed agreement states a different limit.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnity

Customer will defend and indemnify Codimite against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from Customer Data, Customer configurations, Customer use of Browser Bridge in violation of these Terms or law, unauthorized use by Customer users, or Customer's connected systems and third-party platforms.

Any Codimite indemnity obligations, if applicable, must be stated in a signed agreement.

18. Suspension and Termination

Codimite may suspend access to Browser Bridge if necessary to prevent security risks, unauthorized access, legal violations, service abuse, harm to systems or users, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms or an applicable agreement.

Upon termination or expiration, Customer must stop using Browser Bridge, and Codimite may delete or return Customer Data in accordance with the applicable agreement, data retention settings, and legal obligations.

19. Export, Sanctions, and Compliance

Customer must comply with applicable export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, data protection, employment, monitoring, and industry-specific laws. Customer must not use Browser Bridge where prohibited by law or make it available to prohibited persons or jurisdictions.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

The governing law, venue, and dispute resolution process will be as stated in the applicable order form or signed agreement. If no such terms are specified, the parties will work in good faith to resolve disputes through executive-level discussions before initiating formal proceedings, except where urgent injunctive relief is required.

Recommended publishing note: Codimite should insert the final governing law, venue, contracting entity, and dispute resolution language approved by legal counsel before publication.

21. Changes to These Terms

Codimite may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes to paid customer terms will apply as permitted by the applicable agreement or upon renewal, unless otherwise required by law.
